Who the controller is

The controller of personal data processed through this site is Recife Translators Serviços de Tradução Ltda., registered under CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00, based in Recife — PE, Brazil. Contact: contato@recifetranslators.com.br.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), client type, and the event details — dates, city, venue, room format, duration, number of listeners, language pairs and notes.

We use no tracking cookies and no social media pixels, and analytics, where enabled, is cookieless and does not identify individuals. That is why this site shows no cookie consent banner.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your quote request and to carry on the resulting conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the pre-contractual steps that follow.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Form submissions reach us by email and are not stored in any database on this site. We keep the message for as long as the enquiry requires and, if you go on to book, for the statutory period applying to tax and contractual records. If no booking follows, the message is discarded within 24 months.

Confidentiality of event content

Interpreted content is confidential. We follow APIC's code of ethics and, where applicable, specific non-disclosure agreements. Client names and images appear on this site only with recorded permission; without it we publish sector, city and year only.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contato@recifetranslators.com.br. We respond within 15 days.
